Biography
Thomas von Thury is a litigator and trial attorney with over thirty years of experience in dispute resolution representing clients in civil and business trials, litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
He has successfully represented hundreds of business plaintiffs and defendants in mediations, arbitrations and litigation in California, Colorado and Illinois state courts and in many federal district courts, including appeals in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the California State Court of Appeals.
Tom’s alternative dispute resolution, litigation and trial experience includes many years of service as general counsel to a major manufacturer/importer of automotive and consumer electronics.
Tom graduated with a B.A. from Southern Illinois University and a J.D. from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL. He has been admitted to practice and practiced in California, Colorado, Illinois and before the U. S. Supreme Court.
