King Law took the weight off my shoulders! Efficient, Honest, Knowledgeable. I now realize our incorporation process could have been a disaster had I kept trying to take care of it with the template based product. As the President and CEO of a growing corporation, I seem to have more "to do's" than I... have time. They took the time and the responsibility upon themselves to make sure all our "T's" were crossed and our "i's" dotted and much much more.
