We assist our clients through the challenges of probate, which is the legal process by which title of property is transferred from the decedent's estate to his/her beneficiaries or heirs. Our guidance encompasses the entire process, from the opening of the probate, until the final distribution to the beneficiaries or heirs. Our practice also extends to providing assistance with tools and techniques geared towards avoidance of full probate when applicable.
