I joined the Law Offices of James G. Schwartz in 2003 and have decades of experience as an attorney in litigation and transactional matters spanning business, real estate, commercial, tax, bankruptcy, probate, estate planning, civil litigation and administrative, licensing and education law. I am admitted in State, Federal, Bankruptcy and Tax Courts throughout the State of California. I have been published in law journals, interned for a California State Court Appellate Justice and represented the prevailing clients in a case published by the Court of Appeal. Judges have praised me as "articulate" and noted that I maintain my perspective to achieve the best results for my clients in difficult cases. During law school, I served as an intern at the Center for Public Interest Law. I have lived and worked in Australia, Israel and the U.S. and traveled widely.
