They arranged a processor to serve the restrained person twice, filed electronic exhibits in advance of the hearing, filed necessary... documents on time such as proof of service as well as proof of the Sheriff's due diligence in attempting to serve the restrained person, and of course informed us of what to expect from the hearing and how most effectively to present my testimony.
