Guy Ellery Louie

We hired Guy Louie after having already filed a petition for a Civil Harassment Restraining Order. His and his office's work were crucial to getting the longterm Order. They arranged a processor to serve the restrained person twice, filed electronic exhibits in advance of the hearing, filed necessary... documents on time such as proof of service as well as proof of the Sheriff's due diligence in attempting to serve the restrained person, and of course informed us of what to expect from the hearing and how most effectively to present my testimony. Mr. Louie's expertise and his staff's experience were reassuring, and it was a great relief to rely on them after all the work that went into filing the petition. Since having the Order granted by the judge, Guy Louie has offered helpful instructions for ensuring that the Order is enforced correctly and in as timely a manner as judicial paperwork allows.
