Jeffrey Andrew Chen

I have been practicing real estate law in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1997.  I started my own solo practice in 2003.  My practice primarily deals in real estate matters and over time has developed to add more business matters.  I handle both litigation and transactional matters and have dealt with landlord tenant disputes, real estate transaction and development disputes, construction disputes representing both contractors and homeowners, as was as a variety of business issues from contract disputes and negotiations, collection actions and business entity formations.
