Although it's gravely disappointing that our family court system is for profit and can be painfully litigous, if you've exhausted all other outside of court options, these guys are the way to go. David represented me in my divorce and my only regret is that I didn't go to him sooner. After spending almost a year and thousands of dollars in legal fees with another attorney (who was highly rated), I switched to David. His hourly charges were higher than my previous lawyer, but he more than made... up for them with his efficiency. In our first meeting, I went to him with a page full of questions/topics to discuss and anticipated needing an hour and a half, but he answered everything in half the time. He thinks very fast and was always a step ahead, anticipating many of my questions, before I even asked. He billed fairly and ethically and never nickel and dimed me. He was always aware that I was conscious of my costs and recommended things worth pursuing and those that were not. He got me a good fair settlement without trial and most importantly, helped close it relatively quickly. (Our divorce had dragged on for a year and a half before I switched to David). Linda, his associate attorney is very thorough, organized and efficient and it was wonderful to work with her. She never asked me something twice and took great notes. I will be happy to recommend David/Linda to anyone.
