Used this attorney Ali Oromchian for purchasing a dental office. He gave an estimated fee. He did not read through the contract thoroughly and I had to have another attorney make amendments to the contract to protect me in my large purchase. At the end of the day he did very little and then the bill ...was twice as high as estimated. Heard this from other professionals as well; wish someone had told me to find someone more trustworthy.

I recently worked with Ali Oromchian and Sheida Vakili while acquiring my dental practice. I found Ali and Sheida to be knowledgeable and very helpful. They addressed all my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly and really helped me understand the whole process. They helped me understand the con...tract and made sure I was protected. Only thing I feel could have been better was responsiveness. They tend to take little bit longer to return emails and phone calls. Other than that whole process was very smooth. I would work with them in future if the need arises.

I really wanted things to work out with Mr. Oromchian. He seems like a very nice person. I retained him to help me with a dental practice acquisition. I paid up front, had a couple semi-helpful conversations by phone, received an outline for a LOI to purchase, then I didn't hear from him for sever...al weeks. I informed him that I had to make a change to a more responsive attorney. I never heard back from him. Not surprised. Nice guy...but probably needs some help running his business.

Ali is not your typical attorney. I was referred by a couple of people after my current lawyer just didn't have enough time for me when I was buying my practice. He made my issue, his issues and was very specific about how he was going to get the results. I was very happy and I definitely believe ...I "won".
