I have practiced in the area of estate planning for over 16 year.  During that time, I have counseld hundreds of clients in estate planning, drafted personalized documents for each, and met and explained the documents to the clients before execution.  My practice focuses not just preparing estate plan documents, it invovles educating the client.

I also have substantial experience in probate and trust adminstration.  I have personally handled probate administrations in the following counties:  Alameda, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Merced, Yuba and San Joaquin.
