My principal practice areas are immigration, deportation defense, and appellate work in both immigration and criminal defense. In addition, I practice in Social Security Disability Appeals and personal injury claims.
My law review article, published by a legal journal for the University of San Francisco Law School, was cited by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal in an en banc decision.
This article on what constitutes Membership in a Particular Social Group under U.S. asylum law was cited twice in the dissent by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in their recent en banc decision, Henriquez-Rivas v. Holder, 707 F.3d 1081, 1095 (2013).
The title of my article was Defining a Core Zone of Protection in Asylum Law, 10 J.L. & Soc. Challenges 22 (2008).

Job Well Done
I highly recommend Mr. Radtke as an immigration lawyer. He is absolutely well educated, honest, and a knowledgeable lawyer. Mr. Radtke was recommended to me through co-workers to resolve my immigration situation. I had hired three other lawyers before him, wasted eight years, and none of them got me...
"7 years of practicing immigration law is experienced. Knowledge of both immigration law and procedure is excellent and evident in his pro bono contributions here. What clients think is the real test of any attorneys worth and his reviews are outstanding. READ THEM! His peer endorsements from other attorneys speak to his high level of professionalism. Do yourself a favor if you are looking for immigration help and give him a call for a consultation."
"Stanley is a skilled and dedicated lawyer who fights hard to get his clients the best results. He is an asset to the profession."
"Stanley Radtke is an intelligent, diligent, creative, and capable attorney. I've worked with Stan in a variety of settings over a number of years. I've reviewed appellate briefs he's written for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the petitions for writs of certiorari he has submitted to the United States Supreme Court. In all cases, Stan has presented the courts with solid and sometimes novel arguments. I wouldn't hesitate to refer my friends to Stan for assistance."
