Probate

Daniel Presher has been the attorney involving our mother. The court case was a very stressful, difficult, complicated and long court proceeding. Mr. Presher was very skilled in handling the case and in bringing it to a successful outcome for our mother and for the other family members that support...ed her and wanted her protected. His communication with us has been very good. He has made himself available and continues to do so when we have questions or need help understanding what is going on. The accounting/billing of his time spent on the case, that he is required to provide to the court, has always been done in a very detailed manner. He knows the law very well and has a great deal of experience in handling difficult cases.

Worst decision ever...

No one wants to deal with lawyers, but there are some who actually try to help you. Daniel Presher is not one of these. He was hired to handle my dad's estate back in 1998, to this day the case is not over. Daniel Presher fails to return phone calls or respond to correspondence. He failed to handle e...ven the simplest of tasks and has basically done nothing in this case for years. Now I have received notice that he has filed a lien against the estate for his fees, while he has not resolved anything and has simply cost my family money in both depreciation and lost assets.

Mr. Presher and his legal assistant have provided excellent assistance to us. He is very professional and kept us informed of all options available to resolve issues. He is extremely reliable and am very grateful for his help.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
