This lawyer acted with extreme prejudice towards my case deliberately and constantly. She admitted to refusing and failing to read the operative filings before spewing out a nonsensical purported facts and opinions that were filled with misunderstandings and downright lies. She manufactures and capit...alizes on misunderstandings to waste your time on the phone and charges you for her lack of understanding. She also has wrongfully charged for drafting documents with errors. The other 1 star review about her is truthful and should be heeded as a big warning. I won't be surprised if she ends up being disciplined for nefarious conduct. Beware! She will likely waste your hard earned time/money by trying to convince you not to pursue your valid claims. She is the type of person to become spiteful/resentful if you display any signs of competence or intelligence that makes it difficult for her to take advantage of. She will likely obtain your retainer and put your case on the back burner while slick talking you on phone conversations without the proper comprehension needed to be useful at all. Talking to her without a witness is not recommended.

Ms. Holland provided excellent service during two nasty guardianship battles and succeeded in keeping my grandchildren out of the hands of a pedophile who had slipped under the legal radar. She defeated stacked odds and helped us prove our suspicions had basis in fact. This was several years ago. ...Recent follow up call was courteous and somewhat helpful, although she now lives and works in another state.

Ms. Holland successfully handled a very messy guardianship battle with precision and passion to protect my grandchildren from a slippery pedophile. I spoke with her once before signing anything. She told me one thing, but then sent me a contract for something else, claiming her paralegal did it...she didn't have a paralegal. She spent lots of time trying to talk me out of standing up for my rights under the law, instead of representing me---an...d then charged me for those calls to me. $3500 and she didn't do anything, including showing up to court. Thankfully, since I had an attorney on record with the court, the court assigned someone else to act on my behalf. I probably should have got the hint then and asked for the remainder of my deposit back--found someone competent and honest.
