I explained my situation to this lady and what my objectives were. Since my daughter's father has a criminal background she automatically bashed my whole 20yr old relationship and told me I should run for the hills and I why I EVER had a child with this guy!! Very unbelievable advice coming for a law...yer!! What ever happened to being impartial...guess it' not of any importance to this lady. STAY AWAY !!

She was is an Excellent attorney. Always available to client even when out of country. Straight forward. Organized. Knows child welfare/foster system. Take her advice and just do what she says know matter if it does not make sense at first, it will over time. I would hire her again. She has helped me... and my children become reunited again even with my personal mistakes. She will get the job done. Definite hire if available. When it comes to our children don't hold back.

I contacted Araceli regarding a juvenile court case about my ex-spouse involved in an accident, while under the influence and with my three children in the car. Child and Family Services brought allegations against me for negligence, arguing that I didn't do enough to protect the kids.   Araceli su...ccessfully had all allegations removed, 100% custody awarded to me with no case plan required. She expertly lobbied all attorneys involved in the case and was able to convince some of them to be on my side, but more importantly, convinced the judge that I did everything that I could to protect my children. Araceli worked extra hard to put me in the best possible position in this matter.   I would highly recommend her. She is smart, dedicated, cares about your children’s well-being and tells you what you need to know in plain English in a direct manner. You want her on your side.

Araceli Ramirez was appointed as our children's counsel and remained on our case for a period about 3 years.
