Araceli was excellent. She was available to meet within 48 hours from my call to consult on an initial CFS investigation that was based on a misunderstanding. She was very knowledgeable about how everything would proceed and how to prepare for every meeting, which resulted in it being closed faster ...than if I had not met with her.
