I am certified as a specialist in Family Law by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. I am also a mediator and collaborative lawyer. I have been a small claims judge and am a volunteer mediator for the family law case management calendar in my county.
I work with clients in a variety of methodologies: a) Traditional Litigation; b) Mediation; c) Collaborative Law; d) Limited Scope Representation. I help my clients determine what methodology would best serve their needs, and work within that system for the best result possible. I have worked for mothers, fathers, and have been appointed by the court to represent children.
My office philosophy and motto is "Where Kids Matter Most". I strive to work as a partnership with my clients, and design the best strategy to fit their needs and budget.
I believe continuing education is a lifelong process and participate in many educational endeavors, including being a former instructor for family law paralegals in California .
