An outstanding, highly knowledgeable, and a very caring Attorney, who knows how to listen to the client.

The first thing I noticed about Ms. Connor was her wonderful smile and very helpful demeanor. Her willingness to listen to your case without interrupting and her promptness to ease of understanding the client (me), left me with a feeling of relief of the many issues that accompany one's bankruptcy n...eeds. Ms. Connor was very cordial and clear on explaining how the law works and what must be done to expedite the process. My case was completed and it left me with the greatest feeling of freedom. Ms. Connor was available to answer any questions I had even after my case was closed. I will be more than happy to recomment Ms. Connor to anyone who may need her field of expertise of this very accomplished attorney. Thank you Ms. Connor for all you did for me.

Relieved with a fresh start

After being left in a bad situation from the housing market I was trying to do the right thing and pay everything down. I thought I was making some progress till I got a letter in the mail from a collection attorney seeking to collect over $100,000 on a house foreclosed 3 years prior. Feeling sick to... my stomach and not knowing what to do I sought help from Ronda. I first talked to her on the phone and was given an appointment for a free consultation. I concur with the other reviews that Ronda gives you her undivided attention letting other calls go to voice mail so as not to interrupt your appointment. She will listen to your case asking for key information along the way and then give you your options without pressuring you to make your decision. I despised being in the situation I was in and thought that bankruptcy would ruin me and label me some kind of failure but after listening to Ronda I saw that it was the responsible thing for me to do. She was very informative on how many people got caught up the same way I did and the different avenues to take in dealing with the situation. I was given the pros and cons to each solution as well as the repercussions of not doing anything. Ronda has such a beautiful and kind personality that will leave you feeling good about your decision. Along with all the advice you will receive is a lot of information to keep you from getting in a similar situation in the future. My case went as smooth as could be expected and all my debt has been discharged relieving me of a lot of stress and giving me a fresh start. I am so grateful that I made that call. After meeting with Ronda a couple times and seeing how she manages her clients appointments and phone calls I was really able to appreciate her attentiveness and was all too happy to leave her a voice mail knowing she was most likely helping another client at the time. If you find yourself caught up in a bad situation I would highly recommend giving her a call.

Superior Attoney for Bankruptcy

Recently I needed to file for bankruptcy. It’s probably one of the most hardest things to do. I had built up a good computer consultancy business, but when the economy tanked, so did my business. I knew that eventually my clients would return, but in the meantime I got further and further into debt. ... I called Ronda Conner, a bankruptcy attorney, for advice. Our first meeting was without charge. She was very detailed in explaining the bankruptcy process. She also gave me the pros and cons. At no point did I feel pressured. Ronda did not rush me when I asked questions, and I felt she was totally focused on dealing with my problem. She let phone calls go to voice mail. By the end of the meeting, I knew I was making the right decision in filing for bankruptcy. As Ronda stated, it allowed me to have a second chance. Throughout the bankruptcy process, she was always available to answer any questions; no matter how big or small they were. If I had to leave a voice mail, she would quickly return my call. Whenever we spoke, or had a face-to-face meeting, Ronda totally focused on my case without outside interruptions or distractions. When I would occasionally procrastinate about getting to her all the files and information she needed, Ronda would just give me a gentle nudge, and would ask if there was anything she could do to help along the process. Ronda never scolded me for being late with material. She understood that I was struggling to finalize the decision to file for bankruptcy even after I paid her fee. After the hearing in front of the Bankruptcy Trustee, and before a final decision was made, Ronda kept in touch with me to make sure I wasn’t going insane waiting for the outcome. All turned out well. And now I have a new chance in life. Ronda also followed through a short time after the hearing with a long letter explaining what happens next, how to get a free credit report, what to try to avoid in terms of new credit card offers, and how to better handle my finances in the future. Also, she explained how creditors listed in the bankruptcy cannot harass me for money already cleared in the bankruptcy. A great piece of advice was not to ignore the calls or letters from prior creditors, but to call her for further action if necessary. Overall, Ronda L. Conner was a superior attorney in helping me through my bankruptcy. She was professional, compassionate and patient. I would recommend her services without reservation. Steve G. Oakville CA
