Over 35 years doing Construction Law against the biggest law firms & the biggest companies such as BP, Standard Oil, KB Homes, CalTrans, and Walmart. Successfully representing large clients such as Cemex, Rinker Materials, Seeno, Solano Concrete, and Brand Scaffolding along with many small and medium size subcontractors, material suppliers, Archts. & Engineers. I have conducted both state and federal court cases in every part of California and have hired and coordinated other lawyers for cases in several other states. My pre-lawyering background was managing large projects (high rise, shopping centers, schools & refinery jobs) around the United States and in Saudi Arabia. I have conducted many jury trials, court trials and arbitrations. Fourteen years on the AAA arbitration panel. Special Master in two county courts and occassionally judge pro tem in both. I taught Construction Law & Administration for four or more years alternating between two colleges and gave many seminars on lien law and construction collection techniques to large groups and Builder's Exchanges.
