Biography
After receiving the American Jurisprudence Awards for both Constitutional Law and Torts while in law school at UCLA, Nick moved north to join the Corporate and Securities Group of a major San Francisco firm. He also practiced estate planning for high net worth individuals and families in Palm Springs.
Nick’s focus since joining Gaw Van Male has been corporate finance, general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and public securities issues. His combination of experience qualifies Nick to advise on family business exit and continuity strategies, as well.
