Intelligent, Diligent and Accessible
Brian Dewitt is an attorney who clearly understands and respects the judicial system. He does not use theatrics, grandeur, ridicule or sarcasm to present his arguments. He uses the law and the facts which he meticulously researches and presents to the court in explicit and comprehensible detail. Brian represented me in a lawsuit in which the defendants were found guilty by a jury of fraud, collusion, breach of fiduciary responsibility and conversion. It was his tireless investigation and researching of thousands of documents, questioning of witnesses and his ability to explain to the court what he discovered that brought about this verdict. Brian continues to represent and advise me in my various business activities. He promptly returns my calls either by phone or e-mail and , most important, keeps me up to date on the progress he is making on my behalf. I have a son who is a defense attorney, a public defender. He has told me that the most important job of an attorney is to truthfully communicate and explain the law to his clients so they realistically understand what is happening to them and what to expect according to the law. Brian does this. I have no reservations in recommending him as a most competent attorney.

A Good Guy...
We had Brian successfully apply for two trademarks. One of the trademarks took a special effort on Brian's part and he was a good communicator through out the process. I highly recommend Brian!
