Anthony Karimi Zand

Tony’s practice focuses on providing legal, business, financial, and other transactional services to business enterprises, wealthy families and other tax-exempt organizations.  He also works with clients to develop and implement estate plans to meet their individual estate and philanthropic goals through a variety of instruments including irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, and private foundations.  Tony has counseled Catholic dioceses and private religious schools on corporate restructuring and provided pro-bono services to the Diocese of Oklahoma in their successful petition to recover consecrated host stolen by a satanic group.

Tony’s diverse legal experience also includes representing business owners from pre-litigation negotiations through trial and appeal in a wide variety of disputes having previously been a litigation partner at Borton Petrini, LLP.  He also taught Torts at Lincoln Law School in San Jose prior to joining the Firm.  Tony lives in Napa with his wife Bridget and their son Giovanni.
