Hello, on april 13th coming from my haircut appointment, I got pulled over by the sheriff up on Brentwood ca, confused and uncertain about the situation i was told by the officer that I have warrant, I got transferred to Richmond County jail, after I was able to make a phone call contacted my wife ...and ask to call my brother so he can search a lawyer, he was able to find a defense criminal lawyer Mr. Gabriel Robert Medina, Mr Medina at Martinez ca. He came by to the jail County and meet up with me the next day every one was shocked to see this gentleman walking in to building asking for me, we sit dawn and started to discuss my case, and to be honest i feel relief he explained to me that my case was not a challenge for his firm and they will do everything to get off the charges he also explained that if there was no charges on the first 72 hrs they will have to let me go, so at that point I only have one day left, he also set up a phone line for me to communicate with my family , one thing I noticed about Mr Gabriel that when I was explaining everything he was taking every note possible he stated that everything was important and at that point I knew that my brother hired the right lawyer. In May of 2025, I paid $5,800 to Mr. Gabriel Medina to represent me in a legal case and it was a very bad decision. Mr. Medina did not represent me seriously, he refused to have evidence looked at by an expert when I told him it's mandatory that we do that. He refused to even let me read the polic...e report for my case. It was easier to plead guilty to a crime I did not commit than to have to deal with this guy any longer or pay for another lawyer at the time. I would not recommend Mr. Gabriel Medina to represent you.
