When my mother pasted, the lawyer I used wasn't very good and on a friends recommendation, I used Deborah. She was excellent in transitioning all the work from the other lawyer. As the executor and trustee, she explained the process from responsibilities and timeline in detail and in a manner I could... understand. She is detailed oriented, quick to respond, and reasonable in her fees. Because of my experience with processing my mothers trust, and not having a will or trust myself, we used her to create our family trust. Again, she explained the process in detail, answered all questions to our satisfaction and we now feel much better prepared.
