Jeffrey Michael Bickerton

Prior to entering private practice Jeff served as General Counsel Corporate Secretary for Neopost Inc. and its subsidiary companies, which included operations in Canada and Mexico. As a member of Neopost's Executive Committee Jeff was recognized for providing pragmatic and business oriented legal advice to the senior executive management team.

With more than twenty years of management and general business experience, working in a variety of industries, Jeff has focused his business practice on assisting clients in navigating through complex legal issues without compromising core business objectives.

While employed as General Counsel for Neopost Inc., Jeff provided pro bono legal services to family law clients -- earning the Alameda County Bar Association Wiley Manuel pro bono services award in 2001. Jeff entered private practice in 2003. Jeff's law practice focuses primarily on providing legal services to small to mid-sized businesses throughout the Tri-Valley area and on representing individuals in family law matters including divorce proceedings, legal separation, custody modification, and financial support issues. Jeff received his undergraduate degree from Saint Mary's College and his Juris Doctor from John F. Kennedy University School of Law.
