I had a difficult time accepting my divorce about 13 years ago and I was no doubt a very confused client. Yet he was there for me the whole time. I stopped using him when I asked to contest my divorce, and he would not do it telling me you cannot contest a no-fault divorce in the state of Californi...a, and I was not ready to accept that, and I ended up with a much worse attorney and then finally a very good one. Had I stayed with Bob, I would have been much better off. Bob was very compassionate, patient, yet assertive, highly knowledgeable, and experienced. He and another attorney, Vickie Norwich probably unknowingly inspired me to start thinking about law school here in Fresno. I haven't decided whether to pursue it, but my wife and I know we at least want to study law for the benefit of being knowledgeable in it.

My husband and I hired Bob Borris to handle our bankruptcy. It was a horrible time in our life financially, and he was kind, available, listened, explained everything clearly and fully to us, answered all of our questions (even when we forgot and called later with a question) and eased our minds cons...iderably. About 7 years or so later, my husband died suddenly, and I went back to Bob Borris to make my will, and other issues with my late husband's estate. Bob barely charged me at all, and could not have been more kind and compassionate. A great guy!
