Biography
Michelle Weiss is a tenacious and experienced civil litigator who has successfully handled cases from prelitigation to multiple successful jury verdicts. Prior to joining Infinity Law Group, Michelle was the managing attorney and head of litigation for a boutique personal injury law firm, where she lead complex litigation matters recovering millions of dollars for her clients. Her experience ranges from auto accidents to premises liability matters to product liability cases. Michelle is an expert in serious/complicated orthopedic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and complicated liability scenarios.
Michelle graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2013 where she earned the Best Oral Advocate award. In 2008, Michelle received her B.A. in German Studies and Political Science from Pacific University. During law school, Michelle interned at a Chinese law firm in Shanghai and participated in an international commercial arbitration moot court competition in Hong Kong. During college, Michelle was an exchange student at the LMU in Munich, Germany and interned at an IP law firm in Dresden. Between college and law school, she spent a year teaching English in Nanjing, China and worked at a tech company.
Michelle speaks German (fluent) and Mandarin Chinese (professional working proficiency). In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, reading military history, dancing (samba and hip hop), and studying Chinese language and culture.

"I have been co-counseling with Michelle Weiss on bicycle accident cases for several years now. In one case in which a taxi driver had injured our cyclist client, the taxi company offered nothing for many months, on the eve of trial they finally offered $35,000. Although the taxi company's lawyers seemed to genuinely believe that that was a fair and reasonable offer, we did not believe that it was enough to compensate our client for all that she had been through. Michelle Weiss took the case to trial and convinced a jury to award our client almost 3 times that amount. Michelle prevailed in that case despite some sneaky tactics by the taxi company's lawyers, some questionable evidentiary rulings by the judge, and some difficult facts regarding our client. And although the taxi company tried to blame the collision on our client, claimed that she was faking/exaggerating her injuries, and that she was lying about other aspects of the case, the jurors saw truth and Michelle won the day!"
