Review of Poniatowski

I hired him to take over the CEO's position when closing down a business due to an eminent domain case. He was familiar with the company, and had taken care of a previous problem. He did what needed to be done, had excellent relations with employees, was careful to keep everything legal, only spen...t the necessary time required, and charges were fair. We couldn't have chosen a better person for the job.

Very Professional

Mr. Poniatowski came highly recommended several years ago when I started my Company, by a friend. It has been one of the best recommendations we could have received. Mark has always taken the time to answer all my questions and gone over contracts I have asked him to review. Mark is very proactive to check up and make sure I am following up with pre-lim filings on my construction projects. I would definitively recommend Mark.
