Great Lawyer and Great Firm

Fantastic firm with very high quality lawyers. They don't over bill or over work a case or matter. They'll take the time needed to understand issues and make sure you understand the issues and what needs to be done, and they have a lot of experience in a number of areas of law including real estate..., litigation, debtor creditor law, contracts. They've drafted various documents for me and supported a dispute (didn't get to litigation) all with an eye toward practical resolution and no churning of their bill. Can't say enough about them. Most of my experience is with Mark Poniatowski, but all of their lawyers are very good. They do a lot of work with individuals as well as small and some big companies. I know some of their other clients, and the feedback I received was great.

POA and Probate

Mark handled a durable power of attorney for me and his partner,Kim Leding, a probate case. They were both very professional and well-versed in these areas. They took the time to explain the processes , answer any questions and always responded in a timely manner.

Best Credit Attorney Available!

I have worked with Mark for about 8 years. During this time he has always kept me informed of each case we requested his involvement; he has always recommended the right option in recovering our debt to the fullest. When appearing in court Mark is always well prepared and tenacious. The knowledge th...at Mark has regarding credit/bankruptcy/contract law is exceptional and I would highly recommend Mark for this type of assistance. He has definately been an asset for our company and I believe has been the best attorney for which I have dealt with during my 35 years in the credit industry.
