Alan Douglas West

I went to Alan after a few weeks after my father died, Mr West agreed to take care of several issues for me and wanted the money right then. Being distraught I took him at his word and never got what he was going to do in writing. I have called several times to remind him of what he agreed to do and ...each time he wants me to remind him of what we discussed. I suggested that he might want to write it down. It has been 3 months and still nothing. He seems very nice and helpful, but then doesnt follow through. Im already out 5000.00 dollars and really need him to do what he said he would do.

Alan is terrible at the basics of a lawyer/client relationship. He does not return calls and even forgot about a court date that I had to remind him of. I had to go elsewhere for representation due to his ineptitude and apparent disregard for my case. I would urge potential customers to look elsewhe...re as well. It was a horrible experience and a waste of money.
