This firm failed to deliver. I still lost my house.
I hired Michael Akana for two bk's chap 7 & 13 in neither one of these cases an adversary was filed. The few hearings I had Michael Akana never showed up and sent his office assistant. At one hearing for the chap 13 no attorney was present to represent my husband. We are requesting a refund of 1,500....
