Snehal is an experienced Silicon Valley attorney who counsels startups, emerging companies, and multinational corporations on complex corporate and technology transactions, with a particular focus on joint ventures and strategic partnerships, licensing and outsourcing, M&A, private equity and venture financing, employment, immigration and real estate.  He is a former AmLaw 100 attorney having worked at the San Francisco and Palo Alto offices of Thelen, Perkins Coie and Sheppard Mullin.

Snehal has developed a special niche in international transactions involving India and has represented several Fortune 500 companies and high net worth individuals in their U.S. - India investments and operations.  He chaired the India Practice at FisherBroyles where he joined as a partner.

Snehal served as a top-ranking federal officer in India's prestigious Civil Services, to which he was appointed by the President of India.  He was also recommended for appointment to India's Cabinet Secretariat.  He also worked at a leading law firm in Mumbai, India.

Snehal is licensed to practice law in California and in India, and is fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi languages.  He is a frequent speaker and writer on legal and business issues relating to U.S.-India transactions, and has been involved in leadership roles with the American Bar Association (ABA), South Asian Bar Association (SABA) and the Federation of Indo-Americans (FIA).
