David Sheen is a wonderful attorney whose helped me through a difficult immigration process. I paid him a upfront retainer fee and was serviced through an electronic system he uses. He always provided timely updates on my case. The immigration process takes a long time and its the fault of the go...vernment not the attorney. I was patient and eventually got my interview in less than 9months

David seems to know what he is doing:however< when he comes across something new, he keeps me waiting with no results after 16 months. My green card was sent back for a name correction last Aprl 2010 (16 months ago) it never returned. He told me he refiled but USCIS has nothing. He told me the wait ...period was 30 days and its been 50. USCIS wants $149.00 to correct their error. I have paid David over $2000.00 and I believe I should get better results from him. If you can get him to work with you I think he is the right person for you. I think he is avoiding me unwilling to help without more money. Maybe I am on my own, Not fair to my husband and I.
