Since 1980 I have served hundreds of clients requiring the services of a Probate Attorney.  Most matters have been straight probates, however, I have experience in completing conservatorships and guardianships as well.

Although most of my cases have been in Alameda County, I have also completed matters in the following counties to date: Butte, Contra Costa, Monterey, San Bernardino, San Joaquin, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara.  I welcome the challenge of being able to serve clients throughout the State of California and am now able to do so with relative ease through the use of electronic filing coupled with telephonic appearances before the judicial officer presiding over the matter.

In the event that your matter does not warrant a probate, I welcome the opportunity to assist your needs in completing transfers from trusts, filing spousal property petitions, or even preparing documents relating to small estate transfers.
