Our silicon valley startup was selling some of its assets, including a trademark, domain name, and some content. We had an extremely limited budget, but we also had very simple needs - we wanted to make sure our downside on the deal was highly limited. We were referred to Rob by one of our other ...attorneys. I got on the phone with Rob on a Friday afternoon and explained that we were just looking for an experienced lawyer to review one (pretty long) document, edit it to ensure our liability was limited, and also send a sample of another standard attachment for us to fill out. Rob and his team had everything done by Monday afternoon. On Tuesday evening after midnight, we had a couple additional quick questions, and Rob answered them within an hour at 1:15AM.
