During the most difficult time in my life I was gently guided through an emotional divorce. He also worked very hard into finding the best visitation schedule for my children. He was well informed , and even when I didn't agree with his initial ideas and views, he was patient explaining to me the laws and all of my options, not just the ones he had in mind. But what he thought the court would decide based on his past experiences and he was RIGHT. I'm sure I would not have had my children if it was not for him.

I came to Mr. Matthew Smith after another bankruptcy attorney had mishandled a response to a demand letter from a credit card company. After going around in circles for weeks with the first attorney and getting nowhere, my wife and I were facing the daunting task of having to defend ourselves without any assistance. We decided to consult with Matthew and are we glad we did. He quickly resolved the matter and, ultimately, had the whole thing dismissed. It was a huge relief to finally have the whole thing behind us.
Working with Matthew was great and we appreciated his straight forwardness and attention to detail. We would use him again for any legal matter and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great attorney.
