I got my kids taken under false allegations I was in hospital at the time of removal alleging I was on meth and cocain I was 9 months pregnant still 3 weeks left I fainted and went to hospital when I got out my family said cps took kids from school they failed to provide due process my 14th amendment... of constitution rights before removing kids they had to test me and they have to have their own test because using hospitals would violate hippa law well I have my hospital records there was only canabanoids and said the house was thrashed when they never stepped foot in my home Janice straight accepted allegations I never agreed to and then never turned in any completed accomplishments I handed her for the courts now my parental tight were terminated I will never be able to see my babies again they even took my son from the hospital and said he was on drugs didn't let me name him and took him from hospital dropped me off on a corner in vallejo and drove off with my newborn baby
