Biography
Law offices of Magdalena Kochanski is located in Concord California in Family Justice Center and serves East Bay community with passion and professionalism. I strive to provide excellent legal services helping families with Immigration and Family Law matters. I believe that the most rewarding aspect of being a lawyer is to bring a positive change to my clients’ lives. I am focused on finding creative solutions that help parties achieve compromise and accommodate their goals. My focus and experience is directed toward all aspects of family, especially the well being of the children involved.
I graduated from University of Warsaw Law and Administration with Master in Law degree, as well as LL.M in Comparative Law at Levin College of Law at University of Florida. I am licensed to practice law in New York and California. I am a native Polish speaker and communicate in Slovakian and Czech.
I have been practicing Immigration Law in Bay Area for over 10 years. I am cooperating with Bay Area Legal Aid and Family Justice Center helping clients with Family Law and Immigration Law related issues including but not limited to: Domestic Violence, Restraining Orders, Custody, Child and Spousal Support, Divorce and Separation, Immigrant and Nonimmigrant Visas, Permanent Residence and Naturalization applications.

What a wonderful and talented attorney.
