Megan Ann Dailey

I hired Ms. Dailey to help settle a real estate issue. Things didn't look good early on when her draft for initial correspondence contained numerous typos and errors. Once that was sent out, I was hoping to avoid going to arbitration, but she seemed to fold at the slightest resistance during discussi...ons with the other party, saying that our only option left was arbitration. I did get the sense that she was looking to extend the case as she was on a monthly retainer. I will give her 2 stars for prompt communication and for returning my deposit after I terminated the relationship.
