Douglas A. Prutton

Doug Prutton was my attorney for a critical lawsuit against an abusive, internationally known employer. He presented my case and the evidence we had collected to the Superior Court of California in such a way that it became extremely difficult for anyone to find a compelling argument against us, inc...luding the huge, well known law firm that was representing my former employer. The opposition even went so far as to file an appeal with THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, FIRST APPELLATE DISTRICT, DIVISION 4, in an attempt to create a crack in the armor of the strong case that Doug had presented. Doug answered the appeal with stunning results. The Court of Appeal of the State of California found in favor of every argument that Doug presented which resulted in a huge landmark decision regarding a critical component of my case and their decision ended benefitting hundreds of thousands of employees throughout the State of California.
