Mr Winter refused to take my issues of importance to heart. He ignored my concerns regarding alienation and led me into a stipulation that had zero evidence to support. He placed me further away from my children and created circumstances that were extremely difficult for me and my children. His ag...reement for services was very one sided to his favor and he had no mal practice insurance big red flag I ignored. He gave wife everything she wanted in the stipulation against my consent. I couldn’t talk them without him getting irate or upset. I wasted good money and time. I was paying him to end the false allegations and help me protect my children that never happened. I had enough evidence to challenge the allegations but we never got to that point. He is a good attorney if you can get him to do the work required but good luck. I lost lots of sleep after hiring him. He refused to hold my wife accountable for her lies even with direct evidence. My case was stipulated in a manner that would have me paying for his services the next 10yrs. He pushed harder for my wife than me his client. All advice I got from other professionals was greatly contradicted his strategy. Not sure I would recommend him unless you’re desperate and have no other options in Napa County.
