Charged for services never performed.
She charged me and I paid for services that I discovered later was not performed. Since she claimed to be busy, I found and hired another attorney. After more than a year, I still haven't received a refund for the services that she never performed.

Replied last June 05, 2017We NEVER charge for services that are not actually performed. Also, this is a false fact pattern by someone who merely wants to make me look bad to the public. Sad that someone feels compelled to do so and at approximately 2:00 a.m. (the time that the posting was received).

I wish I would have read through Barbara Kuehn's past client reviews. I did finally conduct a google search on Barbara Kuehn and she has negative feedback from many former clients including misconduct. Replied last August 18, 2016Here again, lies and misrepresentations. We take pride in keeping our clients informed of every step along the way. They are copied on all communications, sent copies of all documents generated in their case and the case is discussed over the phone and/or in person with the client from time time throughout the handling of the matter, as well as email communications with the clients. Additionally, our billing statements are incredibly detailed so that when the client reviews the bill, the client can see what transpired during that billing cycle covered by the statement. There isn't negative feedback from "many former clients" but from a disgruntled 30 year attorney intern who was terminated for having an affair with a client.
