Contempt-Acquittal

Mr. Nazzaro represented me in my Contempt trial last summer. He got me an acquittal. Mr. Nazzaro was very professional, responded to my calls and emails and took my case very seriously. He fought for me in the courtroom. I recommend this attorney.

Good Lawyer

I was very happy with how everything turned out for me in court with David Nazzaro as my Attorney. I got more than I expected in the final settlement. He fought hard for me and never waivered. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing an Attorney!

The Top Dog

David should be everyone's first choice when it comes to hiring a criminal defense attorney. He is very knowledgeable yet is resourceful enough to find the information on anything he is not completely positive about. He looks over every inch of every case and finds every single option available for h...is clients. He represented me on my dui and got me a very good plea deal in what seemed to be a dead to rights kind of case. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to use his services when needed.

The best in the Bay Area CA

This has got to be the best attorney in the bay. I had so many serius charges racked up including dui,Assult,and threats to a police officer . He was on point with everything . Was very quick at gathering all the evedince,videos,etc that the state had against me and just dismantled there arguments... into pices. In the end he had all the charges dropped NO JAIL TIME of any kind. I tell you he doesn't play games he is serius, on time, profesional, and on top of Everything. I mean He even had the law enforcement agency's involved investigated from head to toe. I got to say I am very greatful to have my one and only attorney David Thomas Nazzaro to represent my me and my family . I highly recommend David T Nazzaro to anyone and everyone. you won't be disappointed. I sure wasn't.

Love This Lawyer

Mr. Nazzaro was always very professional. He was at all of my court dates. He got me released from probation 2 years early. I wouldn't ever use another lawyer!
