Biography
The current co-chair of the San Mateo County Bar Association's Criminal Law Section, and a frequent guest, and occassional host of KAWL's "Your Legal Rights" program, my focus is criminal defense and representing victims of domestic violence. I handle misdemeanor and felony cases in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties. I also represent victims of domestic violence in both criminal and family law court. If you are charged with a committing a crime, or are the victim of domestic violence, I will personally handle every single aspect of your case to get you the best result possible. On a lighter note, I regularlly organize continuing legal education programs for the county Bar. These include trainings for attorneys on the topics of wrongful convictions, contempt prosecution and on how to represent clients in local traffic courts.
