Kimberly A. Madigan

I consulted with Ms. Madigan regarding my upcoming divorce and the papers my husband had filed. I was in a relatively confused state, and was looking for a reliable and humane lawyer. Ms. Madigan — i realized later — was only looking to learn how much money I had in the bank, so she could detemine ...if I was a worthwhile client. I am not a “high asset” client if compared to Elon Musk, but I had enough money to pay her. The bottom line is that in an exceptionally vulnerable moment, for me, Ms. Madigan displayed no compassion and no humanity, and decided at our meeting halfway through that I was not worth her time financially. She asked repeatedly for a sum of my assets until I got the message and unfortunately, she spoke to me in a rushed, rude and disrespectful tone once learning I had less than 900K. It was pretty odd, considering I am a successful working woman and needed help and just a little humanity right then. i strongly believe this was a show of her professional values, which means, she does not care about her clients, except as cash flow sources. In the field she is in, you gotta care in a human way to some extent if you are going to serve your clients well. I paid her and left, and as i thought through how she had behaved, and talked to several others who also had serious issues with her (people who had used her but regretted it later, which means extremely wealthy clients), i thiught that I should take the time to weite this review even though I dont write reviews, about anything. I would avoid of this peron, she is motivated only by money.
