My name is Ben Nielsen. I grew up in the Bay Area and currently live in Southern Oregon with my family. I am a personal injury lawyer licensed in California and Oregon. I love to help people who have been injured get the compensation they deserve. The year I graduated from college I was involved in a head-on-collision while driving with some friends. I sustained serious injuries that required medical attention however the insurance agency did not feel as though I deserved to see a doctor. doctor. Damian Idiart, my lifelong friend and the namesake of this firm stepped in and advocated for me, negotiating a settlement that covered my medical bills, my lost wages, and my pain and suffering. He showed me what a true advocate looks like, and sparked in me a desire to go and help others. Following in Damian’s example I have served as an advocate for thousands of clients helping them get the compensation they deserve and would love to be your advocate.
