Top Notch Attorney for Brooklyn Commercial Lease

My company was looking for 10k sf of commercial space in an up-and-coming neighborhood in Brooklyn. Bruce partnered with us on negotiations with three different landlords. Throughout, Bruce had a keen understanding of our business needs and how the lease needed to be structured to support those needs....
