Mr. Widmann represented my father in a lawsuit against a large public utility company. My family is truly grateful to Mr. Widmann and his team/staff. Mr. Widmann was ethical, head-on direct and a highly skilled attorney which took on a big powerful company and never backed down. He was also very patient and understanding with my father and his illness. I highly recommend Mr. Widmann.
Do not hire this Lawyer. I had the same experience with him as the other reviewer. He ignored my case for 6 months. I had to hire another Attorney to clean up his mess.

I sought to be relieved as this client's attorney when he told me that he would not pay the fees and costs advanced due my firm; that he had to co-author all communications and legal documents; and would not follow my instructions. He opposed my motion to be relieved and wound up owing my firm over $18,000 in fees and costs advanced on his behalf. His statements are false.

Stay away from this attorney!
Took a large retainer, sent a form letter disappearred from >6 months, billed me inappropriately, abandoned my case and let the time run out on my right to pursue legal action. He was so busy with other cases that he ignored mine and then suggested I find another attorney with just a few days before the stature of limitations on my case ran out. I would have had to start from scratch with the money invested. I had used more professional attorney before and since. You will regret trusting this person with important legal issues.

The statements by this client are false. I asked to be removed as her attorney when she told me she was going to perjure herself at here deposition. She then made threats against me and stalked my paralegal. She opposed my motion to be relieved as her attorney. She also failed to pay my firm over $16,000 in fee and costs advanced. The Court had to add extra security when she appeared to oppose my motion to be relieved. I was the third attorney she had retained, the other two withdrew. I should have known better. We still get hangup phone calls

Relationship: Worked together on matter
"I endorse this lawyer. Randall is a superb trial lawyer, the best I have worked with, and I have worked with many. Randall is a tireless advocate, a brilliant tactician and a skilled negotiator. He thinks three or four steps ahead, prepares thoroughly and is quick on his feet. It is not uncommon for opposing counsel to offer to settle just to avoid having to go up against Randall at trial."
