Excellent Criminal Defense Attorney

Dan provided a much-needed sense of calmness from start to finish. He constantly kept things in perspective and helped convey the "bigger picture", even when all I could focus on were my immediate fears. He was always available to answer my questions, even though they were probably very irrelevant ...to the case. His answers were always in-depth and I never walked away with doubts remaining. His knowledge of the law seemed to be without any flaw. His professional relationships with the courts and court officials proved invaluable. His impeccable ethics made myself and my family trust him completely. Even more impressive, it would seem that even the judge and opposing DA were aware of and respected his ethic. I may not have any other experiences to compare Dan to, but I cannot imagine a better criminal defense attorney. I would highly recommend Dan Barton to anyone in need of a criminal defense attorney.

The guy you want to have on YOUR side

Dan is compassionate, knowledgeable, and personable. He knows the law and will use it to your advantage, ever working to keep a potentially uncomfortable situation as calm and as under control as possible, I hope to never need his services again, but now consider him a friend. I highly recommend h...im to anyone who does need his services.

Danny the Attorney - never plead guilty

You cannot argue with results. Dan genuinely bonds with his client no matter what psychological state they may have fallen into due to pending criminal charges. His research and intelligence skills are superb. He's a very likeable guy. One of the few criminal defense attorneys you can trust right off... the bat.
