Brian Beckwith’s unwavering dedication to the needs of his clients is unmatched. I first engaged Mr. Beckwith’s services in mid-2018 for a consultation to review a complex appellate issue. I was so impressed with his thoroughness, timely communication, and attention to detail that I have never consi...dered another appellate attorney. Mr. Beckwith has been the appellate specialist I go to since then for my own cases and for those of the corporation I founded. All have been highly complex matters dealing with often nuanced interpretations of decisional law. His win ratio is excellent. The most successful of the reversals he achieved for the corporation (now heading for a new trial) has an upside exceeding $250M. In that appeal Mr. Beckwith was up against a large firm with hundreds of attorneys but his meticulous legal research and briefs won the day. My high regard for his comprehensive research and logical thinking also led me to engage his services as an expert witness in a recent trial. Last, but by no means least, we have never had a last minute, barely under the wire, filing. Mr. Beckwith ensures that we have adequate time for careful review and input before anything is filed.

Brian Beckwith is an excellent appellate attorney

Brian has handled a few appellate matters for me. In all cases Brian has shown substantial general legal knowledge and experience and was readily able to conduct further research related to the specifics of my case; he had no problem finding the “on-point” case-law for my situation. Brian was able ...to explain the legal and practical issues and the pros and cons of each potential appellate strategy. He then asked for and carefully considered my input and incorporated my ideas and preferences whenever possible within the framework of his carefully planned and well implemented appeal. Also, unlike some other attorneys I have known, Brian always took my calls and/or returned my messages promptly, and his billing practices were very reasonable. In my opinion, if Brian takes your case and if a strategy exists by which you may prevail upon appeal, Brian will find it and will treat you well throughout the process.

Brian is an excellent attorney. He listens to your situation and advises you of your best options. I have used the services of The Law Office Beckwith and found Brian to be very informative and competent. I had referred my Mother and Sister to The Law office of Brian Beckwith and both were very happy... with the services Brian provided. Brian's fees were also very reasonable. Excellent SUCCESSFUL Appeals Attorney

Empowering

Mr Beckwith was a really big change from the previous two attorneys that worked on my case. He was available, reasonable with his rate, fair with his discussion of both parties as well as the extended participants in my case. He is a good person and that can't always be said about attorneys. He empow...ered me to feel like I could have my voice heard instead of patronizing me. He would send me the cases to read and learn from so I understood the basis on which he was building the argument. I felt good with him representing me like we were on the same page about just getting what was needed to make the children happy not about revenge or spite, which was consistent with my ideology. This helped reduce my anxiety. I have recommended him more than once to others, but I am really glad I am working with him.
