If I could give Dean 100 stars on here I would. Long story short... I was initially working with another bankruptcy attorney Heather Cutler. She basically ripped me off by taking $500 of my deposit, because there was a transaction I made that would be a bit of a challenge for her to present to the tr...ustees when filing my bankruptcy case. She cut out and didn't want to move forward with my case, and referred me to Dean. Best thing she ever did, from when I hired her as my attorney. After having my free consultation with Dean and hearing my case/story, he assured me I would be able to file bankruptcy (something Heather said I would not be able to do) and saw no challenge in it at all, like Heather supposedly did. Dean is super intelligent and knew how to set up my case where filing and getting thru to bankruptcy would be no problem. His very honest, informative, knowledgable, responsive and gives you confidence through out the entire process. Something you definitely need when going through such a harsh time of filing bankruptcy. I'm happy to say that as of 2 days ago. I'm debt free and my bankruptcy case has been closed by the court!!! I can't thank Dean enough for believing in me/my case and for helping me get this huge debt weight lifted off my shoulders. Not only is he an amazing attorney, but a great person and easy to become his friend. I owe him some happy hour drinks or all he did :) HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
